Terms of service
1. Rental Duration and Installation
A standard rental covers 7 days from installation to removal.
TSE will install and remove the display at the designated location.
All add-on pieces will be removed at the end of the rental and left at the door of the installation address.

2. Yard and Property Conditions
While the display is installed, no mowing, trimming, weed eating, watering, or yard treatments should be performed near the display.
TSE will take reasonable precautions during installation but will not be responsible for damages to unmarked underground lines, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features.
Our products may penetrate the ground up to 8 inches in depth.

3. Installation Limitations
In the event the ground is too hard, soft, or rocky, the focal piece will be placed on a flat surface with a weighted base.
If clouds and flare pieces cannot be installed due to ground conditions, the rental price will be discounted accordingly.

4. Weather and Nature Events
Immediately contact TSE if the display is affected by wind, excessive rain, or other acts of nature.
Do not attempt to reposition or repair the display yourself.

5. Damage and Liability
The renter will be invoiced at replacement rate plus profit loss for any damage to materials caused by intentional or unintentional negligent acts occurring after installation and before removal by TSE.
Do not adjust or move the display after it has been installed. Placement and removal will be performed only by TSE.

6. Order Accuracy and Refunds
Please verify that all order information is entered correctly. No refunds will be issued once add-ons are produced.
Most orders will be produced and installed within 24 hours of being placed. Please order promptly after receiving birth details for your newborn family member.

7. Photos
Time permitting, please text or email photos of the desired location for display installation.
TSE will provide pre- and post-installation photos, as well as doorstep photos of delivery for add-ons and gifts. ( (817) 374-7720 )

8. Travel Fees
Additional travel fees may be applied as deemed necessary based on location and distance.
Travel charges may also apply for multiple trips to the location (e.g., early removal requests, failed access attempts, or other unforeseen circumstances not caused by TSE).

9. Delivery and Pick-Up
TSE will contact the renter regarding any delays in delivery or pick-up.
The renter will not be charged for any extended pick-up that was not caused by the renter.

10. Access Requirements
Please ensure that the display location will be freely accessible to TSE at the time of installation and removal.
Since most installations are performed while family members are visiting a hospital, please inform any security personnel prior to delivery and provide a temporary access code to any gates or locks if applicable.
It is the renters responsibility to verify that installation is permitted on their property.
